Poetry and our bodies workshop
This online workshop will invite us to explore our relationship with writing, spirituality and our bodies in a safe and kind space.
I will offer a poem, or two as a springboard for our own writing, of which we may choose to share all or part, or simply reflect on our experience of the process with the group.
The limit is to eight participants. We hope to create an ongoing deepening process through continuing workshops on different themes.
