Loving Earth events at Friends House

In association with our Loving Earth Project exhibition of textile art on display at Friends House, Euston, until 22 December we have two special events in association with the Quaker Centre, which will be open beyond normal opening hours.

On Thursday 23rd November at 5.30, Professor Paul Ekins will launch his important new book Stopping Climate Change: Policies for real Zero.
Book your place for this special event with this world expert, and London Quaker, on Eventbrite . If you come early you’ll also be able to explore the Loving Earth Exhibition and enjoy tea and cake in the Quaker Centre.

On Saturday 2nd November, the Quaker Centre will open all day from 8am to 4pm for you to explore the bookshop and Loving Earth exhibition, attend free workshops to help us address environmental issues, or just to meet up with friends in the cafĂ©. Book on Eventbrite for Active Hope workshop in the afternoon or Climate Fresk in the morning – or both! this event coincides with Meeting for Sufferings at Friends House which includes special activities for children and teenagers.
