Loving Earth Project is growing

News 0 Comments

The Loving Earth Project, which started as a community textile project at the Seeking Routes exhibition at Swarthmoor Hall this summer, is now growing. The project aims to help people engage with the  climate crisis through creative activities, reflection, research and in other ways, motivated and empowered by love.

The textile project continues; panels should be sent to the FWCC World Office at Friends House, in London to join the main collection. This can now be lent out for displays – contact lovingearthproject@gmail.com  to enquire about this. We hope that people of any faith or none will now join the project, so please consider whether you, your Meeting, your craft group, school, youth group, neighbours etc might like to join in.

We are seeking to put together a small core group to help develop a range of workshop materials and facilitate workshops, as well as to keep the necessary communications and (minimal) admin going.

Do get in touch via lovingearthproject@gmail.com if you’d like to help with this. It can only grow if people help!  More details at lovingearth-project.uk and on our documents page.
