Spirituality and Creative Practice: Dance

This is the first in a series of sessions which will enable people to learn from practising artists about different creative practices and encourage them to try it for themselves using a playful and spiritual approach .

Dance can take us out of ourselves and connect us with others. Ann Bettys, a dancer, and Robin Bowles, a musician, will talk about how dance can be a spiritual experience and then lead us in some dance activities to explore this. We will then work in small groups to explore a theme through movement and dance to be shared with the whole group.
