Secret Sanctuary Concerts Launch

Secret Sanctuary Concerts has been set up to create performances which maximise the benefits of attending a concert on mental health.
‘Forest Bathing’ has been much in the news, and Secret Sanctuary Concerts will bring live music to unusual, green spaces so that attendees can receive the benefits both of the music and their surroundings. Rather than launching immediately into the music, at the start of the event we will gently encourage audience members to take a moment to shed any distractions and concerns so that they can be fully present.
The first event is on 31st August in the beautiful setting of The Palace Gardener in Fulham, and will be a programme of (mainly) classical music for oboe and classical guitar.
The perfect antidote to a busy urban life, the programme will feature items relating to gardens, including the exquisite slow movement from Rodrigo’s Guitar Concerto.
