Quaker Mental Health Forum – Birmingham conference

The Forum is an annual conference, looking at different aspects of mental health through the lens of our Quaker faith. This year we are in Birmingham. We are exploring the impact of community on mental health, considering what makes a healthy community and reflecting on our Quaker witness in creating spiritual connections within community. The day includes worship, speakers, discussion, workshops and activities. Response groups will give time to experience and reflect on what we have heard. There will be singing, writing, creative activities, structured reflections, a labyrinth and worship sharing.
