We will be exploring, expanding and deepening the ways in which we connect with place through moving and interacting with the elements and beach environment.

There will be gentle guidance at the beginning to support you to settle in and listen to your body and your surroundings. We will then explore different ways of moving and interacting with the beach environment, taking our lead from what is present and what draws our attention, with the emphasis on play.

Meet 9.50 a.m prompt at the carpark to walk to the beach together.

No previous movement/dance or creativity experience needed. All abilities and ranges of movement are welcome. Recommended for age 12 upwards.

There will be a short break half-way through.

Please Bring:

Something to sit/lie on

Clothing appropriate for the weather (layers are great, and a windproof).

Water/flask

Snack for the break

Towel (optional)
