Loving Earth Exhibition in Yorkshire Dales opens

Panels from the Loving Earth collection will be displayed at Bainbridge Quaker Meeting House 16th – 27th July together with some made by local people and pupils at Bainbridge, Askrigg and West Burton Schools.
John Craven and local farmers, councillors, teachers, children, clergy, and other members of the local community have been invited to choose a panel which they find particularly meaningful, be photographed beside it, and say why they chose it, for a recorded présentation to be shown at the exhibition.
Some sixty of the project’s textile panels will be on display at the historic Quaker Meeting House in the middle of the Yorkshire Dales National Park for two weeks. The show opens today until 29th July. 10amto 4pm.
